By accessing or using sprinting.tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

sprinting.tools is a free, web-based agile facilitation workbench offering tools like Planning Poker, Retro Boards, Kanban Boards, and timers. The Service allows teams to collaborate in real-time.

As part of our commitment to privacy and data minimization:

• Most collaboration activities (e.g. votes, item placement, ticks) are processed ephemerally in server memory and never written to permanent disk storage.
• Inactive collaboration rooms automatically expire and are purged after 14 days of inactivity.
• Accounts are optional. If you use the service as a guest, your settings are saved locally on your device.

You agree to use sprinting.tools in a cooperative, professional manner. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass access controls or Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or targeting the database, servers, or WebSocket channels (e.g. DDOS attacks).
• Scraping or harvesting content from the platform without authorization.
• Using the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive messages.

sprinting.tools is provided completely free of charge. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that data loss will not occur due to connection interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall sprinting.tools, its contributors, or its infrastructure subprocessors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business, or service interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of sprinting.tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
